On 15/09/2020 an assistant agriculture officer of Bailhongal B R Hulgannavar registered a case at Bailhongal Police Station as someone is giving him a call saying to be an ACB Officer and has informed as there is a case registered on him about having unauthorized property. The same also informed to settle the matter with the amount of 5 Lakh rupees as he is about to get retired from the service soon and the pensions may get hold due to the case registered against him. The assistant officer also appealed the cops to take actions against the theaters.

Accordingly the officers registered a case and started the investigation with the guidance of the SP and Add. SP of Belagavi.

With regards to this the officers have successfully arrested to accusers namely Vishal Patil (42) and Shrinivas (38) and have detained a cell phone and car used by them today and has produced the accusers to the court.

The officials indulged in the operation are appreciated by the Belagavi Police Commissioner.
