Accused  Fakirapoa Rudrappa Jogulabetta was taken in custody

same in another raid at a Case booked by Inspector of Excise D C squad Belagavi south
at -Jungle area of Lingadahalli village (Kittur constituency)
on saturday in which
259.20 litres  liquor
worth of  Rs 3,60,000  was seized
and Accused was Absconded  from crime place
