The electoral fate of 385 candidates contested for the local civic body of City Corporation would cameout by 10.30am on Monday, Supt 6.

The counting of votes cast on Sept 3 will be held at 12 blocks at BK Model high school. Counting process will start by 7am. Each blocks will have two each tables where the counting of votes of 24 would be started at a time. About one hour needed to count the votes. A few wards have 5,000 and a few others upto 7,000 voters, however, only 50.42pc voting recorded.

BJP contested in 55, Congress 45, MES 21, JD(S) 11, Aam Adhmi (AAP) 27, AIMIM 7, Prajakiya 1, SDPI 1 snd 217 Independent candidates contested the election.
