Santosh Hanji the Belagavi Dist. Rural Congress Committee General Secretary has been appointed as the incorporator of the Bailhongal VidhanaSabha.

It is said as in the orders of the KPCC President and the Working President the Belagavi Rural Congress Committee president Vinay Navalgatti has appointed him to the post and has transferred the orders.

In total the new responsibilities have been put over the shoulders of Santosh Hanji.
