For entering the Osmania University without Prerequisite the university has filed a complaint against the Bengaluru South BJP MP Tejasvi Surya. Under Section 447 of the Indian Penal Code depending upon the complaint by the Administration of the university the Hyderabad Police has registered a Criminal Trespass case against him. The Administration has alleged that Surya had entered the University campus after breaking open barriers at the NCC gate and that he did not have permission for a rally in the college

Ahead of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections, where the BJP is going hammer and tongs in their campaign against Telangana CM KCR’s TRS and Asaduddin Owaisi’s AIMIM, now a case has been registered against BJP’s Tejasvi Surya.
