Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday dedicated six-laning of the 73-km Varanasi-Prayagraj National Highway to the nation during his visit to his Lok Sabha constituency, Varanasi.

Referring to expressway projects UP is now getting recognition as Express Pradesh said the PM. At the same time defending the Farm Laws he said that the new farm laws are efforts to double farmer’s incomes. They will now have access to more options to sell their crops.

Hitting the Opposition Parties he said they are trying to mislead the farmers. Cautioning  them against falling prey to any propaganda he sought to dispel rumors and clarified that the new agricultural reforms offer farmers fresh options and legal protection.

He added as there is new trends now, earlier decisions of government were opposed; now rumors have become basis for opposition. Propaganda is spread that although decision is right, it can lead to other consequences, about things that haven’t happened or will never happen. Same is with farm law.

At the end he concluded that the new agricultural laws have been brought in for benefit of the farmers. We will see and experience benefits of these new laws in the coming days.
