Despite imposed Prohibition on any religious activities, a community had organised “Oxen Race” on occasion of “Kara Hunnime” on Ittangihal road in the town.Following COVID-19, the government to prevent spreading the Corona Virus has banned all the religious celebration and ritusls to avoid public gathering in masses. However, it was surprise that why the district administration not prevented the programme despite known much before.
