After a long crocodile was spotted in an agriculture field at Bedakihal village, Nippani taluk of Belagavi district, a fully grown crocodile was seen moving on the streets of Kogilban village in Dandeli taluk of Karwar district on Thursday.

It was said that the reptile might have come to the village from Kali river. It was seen slithering on the roads of remote localities.

Amid scare, people thronged to the streets, showed the crocodile to their children and captured its beauty on their phones.

There’s uncertainty about where it had come from as crocodile basks exists in the Kali river and Crocodile Park in Dandeli.
