Ashok Madawal, a surveyor at Land Records office at Khanapur was arrested red-handed by Belagavi Anti Corruption Bureau while accepting a bribe of Rs 6,000 from Shashikant Talawar from Surapur village to get done one of his work.

Surveyor Madawal had demanded bribe of Rs 10,000 from Talawar, however, not willing to pay the demanded sub, the latter had complained to the ACB who laid a successful trap on Tuesday.
