Telangana CM Rao’s Marble Stone Statue for Sale

Mancherial (Telangana) : Gund Ravindar, once a close aide of Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao, had built a temple for the latter in front of his house at Dandepalli in Mancherial district and installed his statue made with white marble stone in it in 2016, he now decided to sale the statue to clear the loan he had made for it.

Thinking CM Rao was their god, Ravindar and his family used perform him the pooja everyday who now covered the statue with clothes. Ravindar whose contribution was remarkable in formation of Telangana state with CM Rao, he disappointed after he could not got a suitable place in CM Rao’s TRS government.

Ravindar once a very confident person of CM Rao was now not getting chance either to meet him or his son KTR. He said he lost his only source of income from cable TV network business and was facing financial crisis. He said he had borrowed Rs 3 lakh to construct the temple and to install CM Rao’s statue. In front of the temple he wrote “Loving son of Telangana, Hope of four crore people”, he now decided to sale the statue of his ‘god’ to get cleared the loan.
