Belagavi : An unknown girl age about 3 was found laying unconscious at an agricultural field in Halyal village in Athani taluk on Thursday.

The girl might have brought forcibly to the place as there were a few marks on her body including on her private parts made with burning cigarettes.

A person who saw the girl laying in the field informed social worker Pradeep Nandgoan who informed police and shifted the girl to the government
