Belagavi : The Congress has urged the state government to probe the alleged murder case of Arbaj Mulla from Khanapur either from CID or from CBI.

Speaking to news persons here on Tuesday, Congress City Block president Asif Sait said Arbaj whose body found be headed on the railway track at Khanapur was not fue to accident but was murdered.

He was murdered by the people of Hindu extremist outfit as he was said to be in love with a Hindu girl. An ambulance on which the name of saffon faction was written was found on the place of the incident which has been recovered. Police have said to be taken eight persons said to the members of Hindu outfit.

The case must be investigated either from CBI else through CID to give justice to the deceased family, he said.

He said such excesses on religious minorities were growing in the nation. Hindu fundamentalists are bouncing and attacking on minorities in the state as well nation. Minotities are living under scare with the attacks in the name of religions, government must deal strictly before things turn bad to worst in the country.
