Belagavi: Two people borne on a bike were killed when their vehicle was dashed by a car from rare side in front of Mahatma Gandhi hospital on Pune Bengaluru National Highway at Nippani town on Tuesday.

Harshavardhan, 19, son of Nippani former TMC president Gajendra Polaravar and Aayan Gulzar, 23, were the deceased killed in the accident. Sumit who injured in the accident has been admitted at a hospital at Kolhapur.

The Nippani police have registered a case.
