The Malmaruti police arrested Davat Katib, Ayub and Yusuf Pathan for ‘Immoral Policing’ where they beat a Hindu boy and Mulim girl, recently.

The girl from Sankeshwar and boy from Raibag taluk met at Belagavi Central bus stand and hired an auto rickshaw to go to a garden. Driver Davat Katib, instead taking them to garden took to an isolated place near Amman nagar, called those from his community and beat the duo, and snatched the cellphones cash and debit cards.

The girl had filed a complaint with Malamaruti police.
