Bjp leader  Dr sonali sarnobat have written letters  to central pwd ministere Nitin Gadkari ,chief minister of karnataka  ,basavarj  Bommai and  Mp Mangala Angadi with the support of all associations from Belagavi request you to look into the matter of Belagavi and Goa connecting roads,i.e via Chorla and Anmod for the betterment of Belagavi District. Belagavi being the centre district for Karnataka, Goa, Maharastra and an being a business hub with rail and air connectivity nationally and internationally, generates business for local people and also from Goa. Belagavi being the good retail market for konkan belt, the road route plays a major role. Hence, we Belagavi Chamber of Commerce along with cloth merchant association and various associations request to hasten the work,

1) Belagavi-Chorla- Goa road.
2) Belagavi- Anmod-Goa road.
3) Mollem to MRF Goa factory the road is under development but no much progress.
4) The stretch is from Belgaum-Khanapur-Ramnagar-Anomd-Mollem.
5) Khanapur ,Desur,Peeranwadi full road 90% completed.
6) Mollem to Anmod is Ghat section no much development happened yet.
7) Ramnagar bypass towards Khanapur over bridge almost completed.
8) 10% is about khanapur over ridge work is at slow pace.
9) Hyderabad- Belagavi-Goa express way. This is under NHAI mission via Chorla. This is shortest route, will give boost to economic development and faster approach to Goa.
