As the astrologers whom he belive told the his house was not of ‘good fortune’, former Karnataka minister, BJP MLA, Ramesh Jarkiholi, has decided to sale his mansion at Sadashiva nagar at Bengaluru. The starting cost was Rs 40 crore which could be negotiable.
Jarkiholi the man behind pulling down JDS- Congress coalition government and establishing the BJP government has purchased the big house in Sadashiva nagar known as the hub of upper class people from a businessman Ravikumar.
After staying for few months at the house, he started landing in one or the other trouble. His house and firms at Belagavi were raided by Income Tax department when he was in Congress, he resigned to his legislative membership and was in political uncertainty’ for few months. However, he was known as ‘King Maker,’ after he brought down the JDS-Congress coalition government and reasoned for the establishment of Yeddyurappa led BJP government.
He was recognised widely in the political sector of the nation for accomplishing the great political task successfully. However, the ‘might leader’s’ successful graff collapsed and still moving down after he caught in the scandal with a woman which made him, his family and his party to feel putdown face with shy.
BJP which was proud of him landed in great embracement with the scandal and didn’t allowed him to be a part of the ministerial group. Not only him, his brother, Arabhavi BJP MLA Balachandra Jarkiholi was also not considered for the ministership.
Considering these facts, Jarkiholi proposed to ssle the house to ‘retain’ the luck back.
