The Renuka Yellamma temple at Samarth nagar on Old PB road was burgled again for the second time between Saturday night to Sunday morning.

Burglers gained entry inside by breaking open the lock of the closed door and made away gold and silver ornaments that were on the idol of Yellamma which, according to temple authority was nearly about Rs 2 lakh.

The temple was burgled for the second time as a few months ago it was burgled.

Recently, police arrested a person on charges of burgling the Ashwathama temple at Pangulgalli.
