Karnataka Governor Thavarchand Ghelot arrived Belagavi for his three days visit to Belagavi on Tuesday.

He was welcomed by DC MG Hiremath, Police Commissioner Boralingaiah, SP Laxman Nimbaragi and other officials at Sambra Airport.

Governor who is the Chancellor of universities in the state will participate in the 9th annual convocation of Rani Channamma University at Suvarna Vidhan Soudha at 11.30am on Wednesday (March 9) and the 21st annual convocation of Visveswar Technological University at University at Machche at 11.30am on Thursday (March 10).
