BSY, Bommai to Lead Next Election : BJP

BJP Karnataka In-charge Arun Singh said that party would go for next general election under the joint leadership of former CM BS Yeddyurappa and CM Basavaraj Bommai.

At a news conference here on Tuesday, Singh said the party has won the election for the second term in four states and is also confident of retaining Karnataka by winning more than 150 seats.

He described Congress as has ‘no leaders,’ straggling from grassroot level, BJP will not allow the party to use the state as ATM to utilise the funds from here to face election of other states.

He said the people of the nation accepted the governance of PM Narendra Modi for his straggle to uplift the economic status of poor, middle class and farmers.

Responding to a question on Mahadayi river issue, Singh said it was a big dispute involving three states. The dispute will be settle soon.

Former CM Yeddyurappa, Minister Govind Karjol, MPs Mangala Angadi and Iranna Kadadi, Prabhakar Kore were present at the news conference.
