Ruling out murder the AIIMS medical board said that the actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide and has termed his death as a case of hanging and death by suicide. In the Medico-legal opinion submitted on Saturday to the CBI the six members team of forensic doctors has dismissed the claims of poisoning and strangling may be the reason of the death.

Dr. Gupta Forensic Chief and the Chairman of Forensic Medical Board said “there was no injury on the body other than that of hanging and also there was no mark of struggle and scuffle.” He further added as “It is a case of hanging and death by suicide. We have submitted our conclusive report to the CBI.”
