The ignorance of the SmartCity officials has become a burden to commons. The commons are cursing the officials for the turtle kind of progress of the works. The Anjaneya Nagar residents becoming outrageous over the carelessness of the quality works and have set protest against the officials.

The angry residents of the colony have stood by the sides of the pot holes and the ponds that have been created due to and while the works of the SmartCity.

The locals alleged as the officials have been ignorant towards the maintenance and the completion of the work speedily. The water pipelines and the drainage pipelines have been broken due to which they are suffering many hardships. Before the completion of the road works other works have been taken into hands due to which the travelling through these roads also has been difficult.

Speaking by the time an angry local Santosh Parvatrao asked what do you mean by smartcity? I guess the officials have thought it is like the fixing of some street lights with concertizing the road. They have failed to provide the basic facilities. They have left the drainage pipes and the water pipes outside if anything happens further again they will dig the road. Like this again the road has to be constructed is the money falling from the skies for all this?

Alleging as the SmartCity MD Shashidhar Kurer hasn’t paid a single visit to the areas the locals expressed their total disappointment and anger over the SmartCity officials.
