The “Manava Bandhutva Vedike” esblished to eradicate blind belief from the society will hold a day long programme at Sadashiva nagar crematorium on Ambedkar “Parinirvan Divas” on Dec 6.

Vedike for which KPCC Working President, MLA Satish Jarkiholi is the mentor conducting the “Parinirvan Divas” the death day of BR Ambedkar, “Anti Blind Belief Day” since about a decade and hold speeching by eminents and swamijis, Mathadishas, debate and speeches for students, skits etc at the smashan on the day. Thousands from the state and neighbouring Andra Pradesh, Goa, Maharashtra will participate in the programme.

Jarkiholi said the vedike has chosen the smashan for its programme to drive away samadhi, smashan from the mind of the people for which food, snacks, tea etc supplied to the people.

Bedike state convenor Ravindra Naikar said the vedike throughout the year working to eradicate the blind belief from the people especially from dalit and backward community who belive such more.

This year, Naikar said, Jarkiholi’s son Rahul will lead the programme.
