The Cabinet Ministry has concluded to take charge of 98 housing projects of KHB (Karnataka Housing Board) under the estimations of 2275 Crore rs.

Minister J C Madhuswami said that the Cabinet Ministry led by the CM Yadiyurappa has approved to take charge of 98 housing projects of the KHB under the estimated amount around 2275 Crore.

Cabinet has approved the construction of the over bridge at the Dharwad Railway Station Yard at an estimated cost of Rs 16.48 crore. Establishment of Excellence Center in collaboration with Software Technology Park, an official approval for Vishweshwaraiah Technological University with 42.93 crore has been given for construction of buildings.

He added as the sub-committee has been formed to fill the empty places at the SC, ST backlogs and the Social Welfare Minister Sriramulu has been appointed as the President of the Committee.

Listing out some other major decisions of the Cabinet he gave the details of the projects that cost around 2275 Crore.
