Here is yet an another example for not to go for risky betting when drunk alcohol as a man in intoxicated state accepted his friends challenge of reaching the other end of the lake drowned just a few seconds of getting-in into a lake in the district on Monday afternoon, the man’s body was brought out on Tuesday morning.

Four children’s father Prakash More from Dyaberi village in Vijayapur district was a worker in a highway side Dhabha. Leading a comfortable life with his family, Prakash had two acre agriculture land in Vijayapur taluk. His wife look after the field.

Despite things were moving softly, the family was enjoying happy life, the evil habit of Prakash has smashed-off it’s life with the betting.

Prakash, along with four of his friends consumed alcohol on a bank of the lake in the village on Monday afternoon. Later, they challenged of giving Rs 20,000 to those who among them reach the other end by swimming. Prakash accepted the challenge, left to his home, took cash of Rs 15,000 and reached back to his friends. A few seconds after Prakash got into lake disappeared and was found dead today.

Police suspecting it could be a case of murder, as those with him dispursed at large.
