Bengaluru : The state government will give booster dose for coronavirus to people above 60 year of age, doctors, health staff and Frontline warriors from Jan 10 (Monday).

Health and Medical Education minister Dr Sudhakar said though vaccinated fully, the senior citizens’, and health staff, corona warriors have to take the booster dose for safety.

He said there would be no question of implementing the lockdown, however, the third wave would be curbed by making strict the current covid behaviors. He said the state is ready to face the wave as it kept ready the wards, medicine, oxygen etc.
