A person  after murdering his younger brother to enjoy his mother’s monthly pension has been rounded-up and remanded to judicial custody on Saturday, Aug 7. Raju Talawar, 46, was the accused from Ullagaddi Khanapur in Hukkeri taluk who allegedly murdered his brother Basavaraj Talawar, 41

Both the brothers were addicted to liquor and were staying at Machhe village in Belagavi taluk and both shifted to their mother’s place after Raju’s wife passed away 2 months from hukkeri

Alike other days they quarrelled on thursday  and in angry Raju with an axe attacked on the head and neck of Basavaraj for which he died on the spot. . The Vadagavi police have registered a case .
