Belagavi : Government changed President of Belagavi Urban Development Authority (BUDA) Gulappa Hosamani and replaced Sanjay Belagoankar to the post.

Belagavi North and South BJP MLAs Anil Benake and Abhay Patil were seemed disappointed with Hosamani, they remained absent for the last general body meeting called by the latter. The meeting was postponed due to lack of quorum.

New chief will be in post till next assembly election.
