A mini bus – Tempo Traveller- carrying school students for picnic meet a self accident in which the helper of the vehicle was killed and 15 students injured.

The vehicle carrying 30 students and teachers of Government Higher Primary School at Chokaavi in Taalikoti taluk to Alamatti reservoir which fell between Kuchabal and Baavoor in Taalikoti taluk. The driver of the vehicle lost control on the vehicle while negotisting a curve.

Vehicle attender 40-year-old Davalsaab Salavadagi killed on the spot and 15 among the 30 students injured in the mishap.

Injured students have been admitted at government Primary Health Centers at Talikoti snd Tamadaddi.
