A car belonging to the Kalburgi BJP MLA’s Wife been detained in a cricket betting case has lately come into light. The Sholapur CCB Police that has raided a house at Kalburgi had arrested two accusers gambling over the IPL Tournament and whilst the raid an Innova car belonging to the wife of Kalburgi BJP MLA Basavaraj Mattimud, Jayashri Mattimud has been detained.

As per the sources from the accusers namely Atul Sirshetty and Pradeep Karanji the police have detained 38.44 Lakh cash, 4 laptops, and a TV have also detained two cars and a motorcycle.

In the two cars detained 1 with the registration no. KA51 MP 9955 is an Innova car has been registered over the name of Jayashri Mattigud. The CCB has expressed as there is assumption as many are involved in this gambling web and the search operation has already been started.

On the firm information the Sholapur CCB officials had raided the area without even bringing it to the notice of Kalburgi Police and the accusers have been produced to the Sholapur court.
