A horrible incident of a car hitting a parked lorry taking 7 lives away on the spot has took place at near Savalagvi at the outskirts of Alanda Road Kalburgi.

It is reported as 1 among the 4 dead women was pregnant and the other 3 were men. The incident has taken place while the pregnant woman was being carried for the delivery.

All the victims were residents of Alanda, Kalburgi and regarding a case has been registered in the Traffic Police Station of Kalburgi.

The victims are identified to be Irfana Begum (25 pregnant), Ruchiya Begum (50), Abedabi Begum (50), Munir (28), Mohammad Ali (38), Shoukat Ali (29), and Jaychunabi (60).
