Thursday the Belagavi City faced continues rain for around three hours by which many areas have turned to seem to be a flooded. Due to the Smartcity project many roads and gutters are under construction the locals have been complaining about the improper management of these under construction but yet no actions have been taken by the related officials.

Today due the same improper management of the road and gutter the water has run into the basement of the apartment at the Shivbasava Nagar of Belagavi which resulted into floating of the cars and bikes parked at the basement.

The locals have seriously alleged as the Smartcity workers neither have completed the work nor have made any proper arrangements for the flow of the water.
