Belagavi : The Nippani Rural police filed cases against 12 passengers travelling to state with fake RT-PCR negative report certificate.

The passengers who were found with fake certificate said that they obtained the same at Kolhapur to travel to Karnataka.

Karnataka has made obtaining RT-PCR negative certificate, taken 72 hour before, to enter the state, however, to avoid it they got the fake certificate by paying amount.

The Nippani police are also checking those who issue such fake certificates.
