Belagavi : As Maharashtra which is on the egde to hit with possible 3rd wave of COVID-19, the Belagavi District Administration has made mandatory of producing RTPCR Negetive Report to enter the district.

Those from Maharashtra must get the RTPCR negative report compulsory to enter into the state, while people of Karnataka who return to the state through the district must produce the same else should undergo the COVID tests.

Deputy Commissiiner M G Hiremath who visited the Karnataka – Maharashtra border check post at Koganolli on Pune-Bengaluru National Highway on Saturday instructed the medical team in this regard.

The COVID test models of people of Karnataka returning most be collected itself at the border and they must be ingormed soon after getting the report, the officer instructed the medical team on check post duty.
