KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi in association with Department of Health and Family Welfare, Belagavi organized a Covid 19 Vaccination Drive on Monday 28th June for the staff and their family members. The main objective of the drive was to make ‘KLS GIT’ the covid free campus. Shri Abhay Patil, MLA, Belagavi South inaugurated Covid-19 Vaccination Drive at KLS GIT.

M. R. Kulkarni, Chairman, Governing Council, KLS GIT and R. S. Mutalikdesai, Member of Karnatak Law Society welcomed Shri Abhay Patil and thanked the officials and staff of Department of Health and Family Welfare, Belagavi.  Abhay Patil in his address said that in the coming days, a vaccination drive will be arranged for all the students of KLS GIT to make the campus Covid free. In total 302 staff members and their family members were vaccinated during the drive.

Dr. M. M. Nadakatti, Covid Cell Coordinator, KLS GIT and Prof. Sagar Santaji coordinated the vaccination drive under the leadership of Dr. Jayant K. Kittur Principal, KLS GIT. All the members of Covid cell were also present during the program.
