EK BHARAT SHRESTH BHARAT Webinar conducted by NCC cadets

EK BHARAT SHRESTH BHARAT Webinar was conducted under the aegis of NCC Gp HQ Belagavi from 23-28 AUG 2021.  This Online EBSB was conducted to make cadets understand and value the rich heritage and cultures that foster the spirit of National Integration and solidarity despite the diverse languages, traditions and religions of our country. The NCC cadets learnt about the History, Geography, Economy, Good Practices, SWOT analysis, Cultural Heritage, Festivals, Customs and Traditions, Cuisine and Food Habits, Origin, Script and Dialect, Folk Songs and Dance of three states ie Karnataka, Goa and Uttar Pradesh. Dance performances of Karnataka, Goa and Uttar Pradesh from the cadets of Karnataka and Goa and Uttar Pradesh NCC Directorates.  Cadets was very enthusiastically done and became a highlight of the online competitions. Debate on ‘Duties of a Citizen in Constitution of India’, Poster Making / Painting on the theme ‘Quit India Movement’ and Quiz Competition were other major events. Dr Dileep Naik, Sr Advocate also gave a brief on ‘Duties of a Citizen in Constituion of India’.  This program helped our NCC cadets to share their culture, languages and experiences.  EBSB was conducted on an all India basis to help bridge the cultural gap among various states of India. EXPA sessions conducted have been appreciated by all cadets.

The webinar successfully culminated on 28 Aug with high spirits of National Integration.

Colonel K Srinivas, Group Commander NCC Group Belagavi,  Dr. SM Deshpande, Colonel R Khajuria, Colonel AK Verma, Flight Lt RT Katamble, GCI Sneha Patil, Lt Kurani, Lt Amit Chingale, F/O Monica Fernandis and other staff successfully conducted this EBSB.
