Vijayapur : An Electric Bill Collector was beaten by a person for asking to clear the electric bill dues.

Balappa Mallappa Bommanagi was the bill collector who was beaten by Mohammadrafiq Budansab Badekar of Neharu nagar of Gangbawadi, allegedly. Mohammadrafiq has pending electricity bill of Rs 2000 and he attacked the bill collector Bommanagi for asking the dues.

Bill Collector Bommanagi has filed a complaint with Gandhi Chowk police.
