Since two days the Vijaypur dist. has been noticing the notable rainfall due to which the Doni River has flooded. Due to the continuous rainfall yesterday the toordal, sunflower and various crops grown around 300 hectors yard has been drown away.

Due to the heavy rainfall yesterday many areas of Vijaypur have noticed losses and in those the Bableshwar has noticed heaviest rainfall that is of 200 mm. Being responsive to the incident the Ex Minister of the Bableshwar M B Patil has given a phone call to the DC and has appealed to take precautionary measures at the river and also to conduct the survey and to compensate the farmers.
