At the backgrounds of ZP member Yogeshgouda’s muder case the CBI had arrested Ex Minister Vinay Kulkarni and had produced him to the Dharwad court. The justice officer for some reasons suggested the CBI to shift him to Hindalga jail at Belagavi and informed of conducting hearing of the case through video conference.

In regards yesterday on 06/11/2020 the court conducted the hearing an had held up its decision. Now today early morning a CBI team of six members has arrived to Hindalga jail and has been carrying him back to their custody. As per the sources the CBI will be investigating Vinay for three more days and this makes him celebrate his birthday under CBI custody.
