Belagavi : Four members from Sadalaga Municipality who defected to Congress from BJP lost their membership under Anti Defection Act.

BJP member Basavaraj Hanabar told news persons that the Belagavi Deputy Commissinor MG Hiremath dismissed the
membership of Suresh Udagave, Mehaboom Kale, Naushad Mujawar and Sujata Kumbar for their defection. BJP members Anand Patil and Hemanth Shinge had filed a complaint with the deputy commissioner who is also the district election officer.
