[1:10 PM, 9/11/2021] Cheif Editor: Belagavi District In-charge Minister Govind Karjol said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai was serious about shifting a few departments to Suvarna Vidhan Soudha at Belagavi from Vidhan Soudha at Bengaluru.

At a news conference here on Saturday, he said government would work to prove that Belagavi is a historic city. MLAs and MPs of the district would decide about developmental works to be done. The process to construct the by-pass road would be started soon.

Karjol who is possessing the Irrigation portfolio said the state would use all of its share from inter state rivers, adding that he and the chief minister met union water minister and discussed about inter state water disputes and the new projects of the state.

He said BJP won in all the three local body elections because of MLAs and MPs worked unitedly under CM’s leadership.
