The longstanding dream project of the Vijaypur MLA Basangouda Patil the housing plan has been inaugurated by the Minister Somanna. Behind the Al-Ameen College at the Vijaypur-Athani Road the construction work of houses allotted under the PMAY has been initiated today on 11/11/2020.

The area has been named under the PM Narendra Modi. As the project comes under the Vijaypur Corporation limits the MLA Basangouda Yatnal also had participated in the event. As per the sources the area that has been allotted lengths 31 acres and nearly 3750 houses have been estimated among which 1493 houses have been initiated today by Somanna.

By the time the Vijaypur MLA felicitated the Minister and the local MLAs as well as the administrative officials were present by the event.
