excise officers meeting of Karnataka Maharashtra and Goa was conducted in belagavi on the eve of Karnataka Assembly Elections 2023….

The the meeting was presided by additional commissioner of Excise belgavi and joint commissioner of Excise belgavi division… The superintendent of Excise Kolhapur and the superintendent of Excise Sangli, along with Goa excise officials attended the meeting. The points discussed in the meeting are as follows…
1. Prevention of movement of illegal Liquor across the state borders, highways and sub roads
2. Preventing ID centres in the border districts

3. Establishment of check post in border areas and conducting joint rates along with border district excise officials
4. Identification of old accused along the border areas
5. Preventive measures taken to prevent the liquor transport permit given by Goa wine shops
