The High Court has given a big shock to the new MLA Muniratna over the fake voter ID case. The High Court has ordered to appoint a senior IPS officer to submit the inspection report of the duplicate voter IDs found at the time of 2018 election.

The petition was filed by the N Anandkumar and G Santosh as the proper investigation hasn’t took place by the police and the case should be handed over to the CBI. In regards to this the High Court Bench led by the chief justice A S Oak has issued order to the State DGP to appoint a senior IPS officer to investigate the case.
