As Karnataka Assembly Speaker Vishveswar Hegde Kageri commented sharply on Opposition parties at Lokasabha and Rajyasabha for not allowing to run the session of both the houses, Congress MLC BK Hariprasad said being the head of the assembly the former could not have commented against other house. He has a lack of sense on his post for which he commented.

Speaking at a news conference at Belagavi on Monday, Aug 16, he said the Opposition wanted serious issues like Pegasus, farmers, agriculture bills, an increase of fuel rates in the session, however, the government did not allowed it. Hariprasad who was the Rajyasabha member for 16 years said people have not forget how BJP spoiled the sessions when it was in Opposition. It use to through the papers, mike, ear phone etc.

As Speaker Kageri had said the Opposition by creating pendulum has spoiled the image of the Rajyasabha, Hariprasad said
BJP which is in Opposition did not allowed the government to conduct sessions at Telangana and Andra Pradesh.

The issue which Congress raised in both the houses were utter serious matters, he said.
