Belagavi : Khanapur Congress MLA Dr Anjali Nimbalkar performed the duty of police by clearing the traffic that caused for jam with the fall of eletric pole and tree at Khanapur town on Sunday.

Due to rain, a huge tree was fallen on the road with an electric pole on Karnataka – Goa State Highway causing for traffic jam on both the side. MLA Anjali who was moving in the car on the same road, called the HESCOM and disconnected the power supply and cleared the road, by than she was directing the vehicles to pass one by one causing no rush.
