The Yallamma temple of Yallammawadi has become aquatic due to the drastic rain over the Athani Taluk. As the Yallamawadi Lake is overflowing the water through the brooks has entered the temple making it aquatic. The  major temple of the Taluk is now surrounded by the water and has created hurdles for the devotees from paying visit.

The priest of the temple has informed through the phone call as there isn’t any hurdle for now to precede with the worship rituals but if the water level rises then must shut the doors. The devotees are getting visions from distant as the temple is surrounded by the water.
