On the confirmation of the gang rape and extortion that was registered at the Kakati Police station on 15/02/2017 that is three years back the accusers have been penalized lifetime imprisonment under the POCSO act.

The Belagavi Court has issued orders of the Lifetime Imprisonment of the accusers. The Justice Manjappa Annayya that held the hearing of the case considering the accusers as guilty under the POCSO act. On Friday 13/11/2020 the Justice Officer by issuing this essential order has provided the justice to the victim.
