A grand Public Court is about to held on 19th of December with the joint cooperation of the Karnatka State Law Services Authority and Dist. Law Services Authority informed the Belagavi Chief and Session Judge C N Joshi in a press conference.
As per the Joshi the arrangements have been made to resolve the cases form People’s Court as soon as possible. Delay of the judicial process can be avoided through the medium of People Court. Similarly the expenses in these are also deducted. He said the case was being taken into consideration by both sides. Currently there are 77 courts in Belagavi Dist. and another 6 have been approved.
