An incident of a mentally retired woman creating public disturbance has come to light at Belagavi. The woman has attacked several people with the long stick in her hand. The frightened locals have appealed regarding officials as to admit such people to the hospital and to save them.

The video above is recorded near the Sardar school of the town in which you can see a woman wearing a bag and a hat attacking people with the long stick as well as the public frightened running to save their lives.

The locals alleged as there are number of such mentally retired patients that attack on the people and create public disturbance. The municipality has to look up to the matter and should admit such patients to the hospital so that they won’t create any mob havoc.
