Incident happened today evening a Youth who stoled cash of rupees 4000 was caughted and immediate local person tied the Youth to poll and beaten  at tenginkeri galli.  Occording to local person said a youth gang involve in this, the youth first attacked old man and asked for gaanja and snatched cash from him  later old man chased the youth  in which one minor youth caughted  by localities and others ran away from spot.
